a few short, some may call them haiku, poems

stars ebullient
crisp cool wee-hour breath steaming
death knell of summer

——————

sometimes we attain
moments of serenity
from the inside — out

—————–

jealously delights
raising doubts, razing bridges
breaking lovers’ hearts

—————–

composed hastily
handfuls of haiku
zen in this moment

—————

abundance prevails
universe expanding
what is poverty?

  1. Dropping by to say hello, my friend. You seem to be doing well and actively writing. I love that about you! 😉 Too much has transpired since my last landing here to make any sense in explaining. I hope to be inspired out-of-this-dry-season by visiting my simpaticos and begin writing again. As you must know, you’re one of my favorite bards, David.
